Margaret Joanne Rice

Margaret is a retired educator. She holds a Master’s Degree from Mississippi State University. She has taught elementary school and served as a guidance counselor at the Middle and High School levels. The author has always had a desire to write and has dabbled with the desire for years. It was hard to write before retirement because of obligations to family and work. Those years raising three children hindered the writing process. Ten years ago, the writer was forced to retire because of a kidney transplant. The children were grown and suddenly, she had time to write.
