"Write to Fight Against Bullying" Campaign

Are you an elementary or middle school student with a passion for writing? You could win our contest!

J. Kenkade Publishing is hosting its first annual “Write to Fight Against Bullying Campaign” to bring awareness and stop the influence of bullying!

Submit a video and write your story to us describing how bullying has affected you in your life by following the link below!

You could win a Free Book Publishing Package Deal of a $3,000 value, among other gifts and prizes from their sponsors, Discount Trophies, Walmart, Movie Tavern, and Dave & Buster's as well as have your story Published for the world by us!

What we want is to make parents, students, and your community to participate in making kids like you feel safer.

We all have experienced some form of bullying before, so why not share your story.

Our winners will be announced on May 15, 2018 and the top two winners will receive a trophy!

Who Can Enter?

You must be a student from grades 6th-8th in Central Arkansas to apply.

Make sure you receive permission from your parents first before entering!

Video Submission Guidelines:

All videos must begin with the following verbiage:

1. “My name is (name of contester) and I am entering J. Kenkade Publishing’s ‘Write to Fight Against Bullying Contest.’”

2.  All videos must end with the following verbiage:

 “My name is (name of contester) and I have ‘The Write to Fight Against Bullying’”

3.  Must NOT have character defamation. See clause below.

4. Time: 3 minutes max.

5.  Videos must be sent via email to should go to editor@jkenkade.com

Submission Deadline:

The deadline to enter our contest is May 4, 2018 and our leadership team at J. Kenkade Publishing will then review all of the submissions.

Each piece will be considered for publication and judged on the following:

·   Manuscript submission follows our company guidelines
