Jacqueline Epstein

Jacqueline Epstein is a child custody mediator and family law attorney in New Orleans, Louisiana and the Author of LifeLong Frenemies: A Guide to Transitioning from Perfection to Civility and Staying Friendly with your Co-Parent. Jacqueline is a single mother of two young daughters, Avivah and Sephorah, with her lifelong frenemy, co-parent and fellow attorney, Jeremy Epstein.

Jacqueline has served as the chair of the Family Law Committee and as the Liaison to the Commission on Women in the Legal Profession for the American Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Division, and was a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association Leadership Class. She is currently serving as a member of the Program Planning Committee of the American Bar Association.

Since graduating from Georgetown University Law School, where she was internationally published on the topic of comparative family law, she founded Epstein Law Firm.

Ms. Epstein is an adjunct professor at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement and has been named as a Top Lawyer in Family Law by New Orleans Magazine and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
